Mihaela Glejaru: Don’t Give Up – That’s the Best Advice I Got

Meet Mihaela Glejaru, a beginner trader from Romania who took her first confident steps in the world of prop trading with SpiceProp. In late February 2025, she successfully passed the Sweet Pepper 25K challenge and received her first simulated funded account. Today, she shares the lessons she’s learned, the challenges she overcame, and the mindset that keeps her moving forward.

Dear Mihaela, why do you like to upgrade your skills with SpiceProp?

SpiceProp is a simple platform with clear conditions. When I didn’t understand something, I just asked support – they always explained everything in a helpful way.

What helped you the most to pass the SpiceProp challenge?

The first phase of the challenge was the hardest part for me. There was a moment when I almost gave up. But I found strength within myself and pushed through to the second stage. After that, things got easier – like a second wind kicked in.

Was there a turning point in your journey as a trader?

Yes – when I realized there’s something inside me that gives me strength. That I really can be a good trader, make profitable decisions, and turn this into a source of extra income. It's this quiet conviction that I’m on the right path, even if I can’t explain it perfectly.

How long have you been trading?

Just 9 months before I met SpiceProp. It’s not a long time, but the experience I’ve gained at SpiceProp is a solid foundation for my future.

What’s your current trading plan?

To build on my funded account success and aim for as many payouts as I can.

What’s the best advice you received during the challenge?

Don’t give up. It sounds simple, but it truly made all the difference for me.

I highly recommend the Profit Point Community. It’s full of qualified experts and genuinely kind people. They helped me get into a trading rhythm, supported me, and offered great advice.

Do you think we should learn from others or from ourselves?

From others — and from our own intuition. Both matter.
