100 traders dieron su primer paso hacia el prop trading
El 14 de junio de 2024, Natalia Bojko, fundadora y co-CEO de SpiceProp, organizó un webinario en la plataforma Comparic.pl. El webinario estuvo dedicado al tema del prop trading como una forma de aumentar el capital y el desarrollo profesional. Sus participantes incluyeron alrededor de 100 traders novatos.
Los participantes aprendieron qué es prop trading y qué modelo de negocio utilizan las empresas de prop trading. La oradora del evento invitó a los traders a pensar en oportunidades profesionales en SpiceProp y compartió recomendaciones sobre la mejor manera de comenzar su experiencia en el prop trading. En particular, habló sobre estrategias simples y efectivas que ayudarán a crear actitudes básicas para un crecimiento exitoso.

Se señaló que no hay necesidad de un gran capital inicial para comenzar una carrera en el prop trading. Muchos desafíos de SpiceProp cuestan menos de 100 euros. Su bajo precio y disponibilidad son una de las ventajas que han sido apreciadas por muchos traders de todo el mundo.
Uno de los temas importantes fue el programa de escalamiento en SpiceProp. El punto es que un trader que pasa con éxito la prueba se convierte en un Spice Trader y recibe condiciones especiales para operar. Al mostrar ganancias regularmente, el tamaño de su cuenta aumentará gradualmente. El tamaño máximo de la cuenta SpiceProp puede ser de €2 millones y se puede acceder después de completar con éxito el desafío Black Pepper.
El bajo riesgo financiero es una de las ventajas clave del prop trading. Los gastos del trader están limitados por el costo del desafío que compra a la compañía. Posteriormente, no asume ningún riesgo financiero, porque el hecho de pasar las pruebas implica utilizar una cuenta de simulación en la que no hay dinero real.
Los SpiceProp traders reciben protección adicional contra riesgos excesivos debido a las condiciones especiales en las que trabajan con la compañía. En particular, son los requisitos para los niveles de reducción y ganancias, requisitos para el número de días rentables y la ausencia del riesgo de perder capital propio.
Los traders modernos tienen la oportunidad de trabajar desde cualquier parte del mundo donde haya una conexión a Internet estable. Se liberan de la necesidad de estar en una oficina a horas determinadas de acuerdo con el horario de trabajo, como funcionarios o empleados bancarios.
Prop trading sirve tanto como una trayectoria profesional como un medio de desarrollo personal, lo que permite a los traders construir su reputación profesional. Un prop trader experimentado puede actuar como un gurú, mentor y maestro para principiantes, ayudándolos en el camino hacia las alturas del éxito.
Como señala Natalia Bojko, el prop trading permite aprender a gestionar el capital y desarrollar habilidades de disciplina tanto desde el punto de vista de la psicología comercial como desde el punto de vista de la planificación de las actividades comerciales.
Se prestó atención especial a los principios de evaluación de los traders que trabajan con empresas prop. Natalia Bojko explicó en qué consiste el procedimiento para evaluar a un trader y cómo un trader que pasa con éxito la prueba puede celebrar un contrato con la compañía.
Durante la sesión de preguntas y respuestas, Natalia Bojko respondió preguntas de los participantes del webinario. En particular, se abordaron temas tan importantes como la transición de SpiceProp a la plataforma comercial MetaTrader 5 y el futuro de MetaTrader 4, los activos y condiciones comerciales, las restricciones de tiempo para completar desafíos y el uso de robots comerciales, el pago de impuestos y las características del trading en cuentas simuladas.
