SpiceProp’s pre-holiday sale runs from November 11 to November 14, 2024, offering a 13% discount on selected challenges, plus loyalty points! Simply use promo code LOYALITY13 at checkout. The promotion excludes the Black Pepper challenge.

As part of the sale, loyalty points for the following challenges are reduced by 50%:

  • Mini Pepper: 40 points → 20 points

  • Jalapeño 1K: 60 points → 30 points

  • Sweet Pepper 10K: 65 points → 32 points

  • Chilli Pepper 10K: 90 points → 45 points

Loyalty points can be used to fully pay for future challenges (excluding Black Pepper) and are earned on all challenge purchases, including those made during promotions. Points remain valid for 8 months from the date of accrual.

Special offer is valid from 00:00:00 November 11, 2024, to 23:59:59 November 14, 2024 (UTC+1).

Starting in November 2024, SpiceProp is introducing a new loyalty program for our valued customers. Loyalty points are earned with each purchase of SpiceProp challenges and can be redeemed to cover the full cost of future challenges – excluding Black Pepper challenges. This means the more challenges you purchase, the closer you get to receiving them for free by exchanging your accumulated points.

The following system for earning loyalty points applies when purchasing challenges.

Points are also awarded for purchasing challenges on sale or using promotional discounts, as well as for buying add-ons. In these cases, points are credited proportionally to the amount you pay.

Loyalty points are valid for 8 months from the date they are credited. For example:

  • Points earned from a purchase on July 1, 2024 will expire on March 1, 2025.

  • Points from a purchase on August 1, 2024 will expire on April 1, 2025.

  • Points earned on September 1, 2024 will expire on May 1, 2025.

Please note that any unused points will expire at the end of their validity period.

To check your current balance of loyalty points, simply visit the "Loyalty Points" tab in your personal account.

Additionally, if a trader has already reached the maximum allowable number of accounts for any program (e.g., 2 Jalapeno accounts), they will not be able to use loyalty points to obtain additional accounts beyond that limit. For instance, if you already have 2 Jalapeno accounts, you cannot use loyalty points to acquire a third one, as the maximum number of Jalapeno accounts per trader is two.
