Yes, I wake up every day at 6:30 AM for a physical workout, so that I am fully focused and ready when I open the trading platform at 9:00 AM.
What hobby, apart from trading, helps you clear your head most effectively after a tough day on the market?
Photography is my main creative escape that helps me clear my mind after a long day of trading.
