How long have you been trading?
I’ve been trading for about seven years now. It’s been a long road, full of ups and downs, but each year has brought more insight, more discipline, and greater control over my strategy and mindset.
What does your trading plan look like?
I’m a patient trader. My strategy is built around waiting for the price to form a clear model – a setup that aligns with my rules. I don't rush into trades. Discipline and timing are everything.
What personal quality helps you the most in challenges like the one at SpiceProp?
Let me put it this way: in trading, there's a symbol – XAU – which stands for gold. And I believe that the most valuable quality in a person is like gold. So the more "gold" – that is, patience, discipline, inner strength – you have in your character, the more likely you are to succeed.

In your opinion, what separates average traders from the best?
Patience. It’s as simple and as difficult as that. The best traders know how to wait. They don't chase the market; they let the market come to them.
What’s the best advice you’ve received that helped you during the SpiceProp challenge?
Again, it’s about keeping calm. Stay composed no matter what’s happening on the screen. Emotional stability is your greatest ally in this business.

Are there any books, resources or mentors that had a significant impact on your development as a trader?
Yes – the book Trading in the Zone by Mark Douglas had a huge influence on me. It helped me understand the mental side of trading, which is just as important – if not more so – than the technicals.
Do you believe we should learn more from others, or from ourselves?
From ourselves. Experience is the best teacher. While you can definitely gain insights from others, your own mistakes and reflections are what truly shape you as a trader. Self-awareness is the foundation of long-term success.
