We’ve refreshed our General Terms of Service to make them more transparent, structured, and aligned with real trading practices. The new Terms simplify the legal language and introduce several important updates designed to improve the trader experience.

- Clearer structure — all information now grouped into 16 practical sections.
- Defined risk framework — the 2% rule and a new Consistency Score to promote responsible trading.
- Transparent payouts — full details on payout eligibility, processing time (normally within 24 hours), and audit procedures.
- Simplified compliance — refined KYC/AML process with GDPR-level data protection and approved VPN/VPS policies.
Important note for traders
We especially ask traders to pay attention to the sections of the General Terms and Conditions that outline the stages of completing challenges and the conditions for receiving a funded account (see 6. Challenges & Funded Journey).
We remind you that all the necessary information on this matter can be found in our Q&A section and in the sections of the website dedicated to specific programmes.
