I made a withdrawal — why did I receive a negative return?

Two scenarios are possible:

  1. You are already on a Pro-Contract

It’s possible that the withdrawal you submitted did not align with the current Pro-Contract payout schedule. Please check the Disbursement tab for details.

  1. You are still on standard terms and conditions

If you received a Pro-Contract before submitting your withdrawal, your account may have been automatically placed in “pending” mode. The withdrawal will be processed once the Pro-Contract is signed and the submission deadline is fully met.
