Transition to MT5 Trading Platform

Starting July 1, 2024, all SpiceProp traders will be able to use the Metatrader 5 trading platform only. We are improving the current server at the request of many of our traders. As a result, we kindly ask you to close all opened positions on the Metatrader 4 and Metatrader 5 accounts until 8 PM on June 28, 2024 (UTC+2).

All opened positions on MT4 and MT5 accounts which will not be closed until 8 PM June 28, 2024 (UTC +2) will be forcibly closed after indicated time.

During June 29-30, 2024, new MT5 accounts will be created in place of MT4 accounts (login, password and server details will be available in the traders’ area).

Accounts that are already on MT5 will be the same, but they will be moved to another server. Therefore, the login and password will remain the same. Hedging and averaging will be restored for clients.

All these actions are necessary to smoothly complete the migration process from the MT4 to the more advanced MT5 trading platform.
