SpiceProp Has Softened the Rules for Inactive Accounts
Starting August 6, 2024, SpiceProp has extended the maximum inactivity period for inactive accounts by an additional 7 days. Accounts will now be deactivated after 21 days if no new transactions are made during this period.
Holidays are included in the inactivity calculation, which begins from the moment the first trade is opened on the account. Prior to this, inactive days are not counted.
This change, aimed at considering the interests of clients, offers additional time for traders to make more balanced decisions and enhances overall comfort in account management.
“We hope that the additional time that our clients receive under the new rule will allow them to make more balanced trading decisions and, in general, will allow them to make the process of working on the account more comfortable,” said co-CEO of SpiceProp Natalia Bojko.
