Clear and timely communication is an essential part of maintaining a Funded Account with SpiceProp.

If our team contacts you regarding payout reviews, scaling eligibility, risk assessments, account verification, or compliance checks, we expect you to respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically within X working days, unless a different deadline is specified.

Prompt replies help us complete reviews faster and avoid unnecessary delays to payouts or scaling decisions.


What happens if I don’t respond or delay communication?

If you deliberately delay responses, ignore requests, or fail to cooperate during important reviews — especially those related to risk incidents, payout eligibility, or account integrity — this may affect the final decision on the matter.

Depending on the situation, this may result in:

  • Temporary suspension of trading while the review or investigation is ongoing;

  • Delays or rejection of payout requests;

  • Postponement or cancellation of scaling until clarification is provided;

  • In serious or repeated cases, termination of the funded account, in line with the Terms & Conditions.

Maintaining open and timely communication ensures smoother cooperation and fair handling of all funded-account processes.
