What happens if my profits aren’t consistent yet?
If your Consistency Score (C-Score) shows that more than 30 % of your total profit comes from a single day or position, your payout request will most likely be rejected during the review process. This does not mean that:
-
1. your profits are deleted, or
-
2. your account is closed.
Your trading results remain on the account.
What happens next?
If a payout request is rejected due to insufficient consistency:
-
1. Your profits stay on the account.
-
2. You will be invited to continue trading.
-
3. The next payout window becomes available according to your payout schedule (14 days, 7 days for Black Pepper, or 8 days with Fast-Payout).
-
4. This additional trading period should be used to stabilize your C-Score by distributing profits more evenly across days and trades.
Once your consistency improves and a new payout request is submitted, your account will be reviewed again.
