Are fees refundable and under what conditions?

Program fees are non-refundable once your Challenge or Funded Account has been activated.
Refunds are granted only if:

required by law (e.g., payment-processor chargebacks), or
-
SpiceProp cancels your program before you begin trading.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
