What happens if I fail the Challenge or break a rule?

Outcomes depend on the type of rule breached:

Hard Rule Breach

These include exceeding Daily or Total Drawdown or any attempt to circumvent platform limits.
➡ Your account is immediately and permanently closed, without mediation or refund.

Soft Rule Breach

These involve non-critical issues, such as:

  • Exceeding the 2 % risk rule,

  • Large imbalance between correlated positions (overexposure),

  • Uneven profit distribution (consistency issue).

In these cases, your account enters a mediation process handled by the Risk Team:

  1. The account is audited (§ 7.2) to confirm whether the breach was accidental or systematic.

  2. If no fraud is detected, SpiceProp may apply a temporary restriction (e.g., lower leverage or a short cool-down period).

  3. You may be asked to continue trading for several days to restore consistency (§ 6.6).

  4. Once performance normalizes, full functionality and payout eligibility are reinstated.

Intentional manipulation, identity fraud, or system abuse always leads to termination without refund.
