What trading techniques are forbidden?
To ensure fairness, transparency, and proper risk management, the following practices are strictly prohibited at SpiceProp:
Prohibited Trading Practices
-
Martingale or grid strategies
Strategies that increase position size after losses or create excessive, compounding exposure. -
Unauthorized copy trading
Copying trades from external sources or between accounts that are not permitted under our copy-trading rules. -
All-in or one-sided trading
Trading without meaningful risk control or concentrating the entire account on a single market idea. -
News hedging
Opening opposing positions within 5 minutes before or after major economic releases. -
Feed, latency, or tick exploitation
Any attempt to take advantage of execution delays, pricing errors, or system imperfections. -
Artificial or passive activity
Trading behavior that does not reflect genuine, independent decision-making. -
Account sharing, manipulation, or identity misrepresentation
Allowing other people to access or manage your account, directly or indirectly.
This includes any situation where multiple users access accounts from the same physical device, creating a CID conflict.
CID Conflict (Unauthorized Device Access)
A CID conflict occurs when our systems detect that more than one user account has been accessed from the same device (identified by a unique Client ID / CID).
Each device (computer, phone, tablet) has its own unique CID.
If the same CID appears across accounts belonging to different users, it indicates shared device access, which is treated as account sharing.
CID conflicts are considered a serious violation because they may enable:
-
unauthorized account management,
-
viewing of other users’ accounts,
-
coordinated trading, copying, or hedging strategies.
For this reason:
-
Each account must be accessed only from your personal devices.
-
Sharing devices with other SpiceProp users is strictly prohibited.
Consequences
Account sharing, CID conflicts, or identity misrepresentation may result in:
-
suspension of trading access,
-
payout cancellation, and
-
permanent account closure without refund.
