As of November 2024, SpiceProp is excited to launch our new Loyalty Programme, designed to reward our most dedicated traders. Now, every time you purchase a trading challenge, you’ll earn loyalty points, which can be used to cover up to 100% of the cost for future challenges.

 

 

How It Works

With 180 loyalty points, you have flexibility in how you use them. For instance, you could:

 

 

• Get a Jalapeño 5K challenge

• Combine your points to cover multiple challenges, like Sweet Pepper 10K and Chilli Pepper 10K

 

 

The key is that you can mix and match, as long as you have enough points to cover the cost.

 

 

Tracking Your Points

 

 

You can easily track your loyalty points balance through your Traders Area under the “Loyalty Points” section. Any unused points will be carried over and remain valid for 8 months from the date they were earned.

 

 

For example:

 

 

• Points earned on July 1, 2024 will expire on March 1, 2025.

• Points earned on August 1, 2024 will expire on April 1, 2025.

• Points earned on September 1, 2024 will expire on May 1, 2025.

 

 

Important Terms to Note

 

 

• If you’ve reached the maximum number of accounts allowed for a specific programme (e.g., 2 Jalapeño accounts), you won't be able to use loyalty points to obtain additional accounts beyond this limit.

• For instance, if you already have 2 Jalapeño accounts, you cannot use loyalty points to purchase a third.
