What are the requirements to request your payout?

The conditions below define when you are allowed to submit a payout request — they do not automatically guarantee approval. To submit your payout request, you must meet all of the following:

• 1. Your account has been active for at least 14 days (bi-weekly payout system).

• 2. You have at least 4 profitable days, each with ≥ 0.5 % account growth compared to the previous day.

• 3. You have generated a minimum of € 100 in realized profit.

• 4. Your KYC verification is fully completed.

Special payout schedules

• 1. Black Pepper Accounts: payout requests can be submitted every 7 days.

• 2. Fast-Payout Add-on: reduces the waiting period to 8 days.

These timeframes define how often you can request a payout, not how fast it will be paid.

What happens after you submit a payout request?

Once a payout request is submitted, your account enters a review phase. During this review, we verify that your trading activity complies with all program rules, including but not limited to:

• 1. Profit consistency (C-Score),

• 2. Risk management rules,

• 3. Prohibited trading techniques,

• 4. Account integrity and ownership, and

• 5. General compliance with the Terms & Conditions.

Approval depends on the outcome of this review.

What about future payout requests?

After a payout request is made — regardless of whether it is approved or rejected — the payout conditions reset.To submit a new payout request, you must again:

• 1. complete the required waiting period,

• 2. achieve the required number of profitable days, and

• 3. meet all eligibility conditions from the start.
