How do I request a payout and what methods are available?

You can request a payout through your Dashboard once all eligibility requirements are met (see Section 4).
At the moment, payouts are only available to a cryptocurrency wallet registered in your name

Processing timeline

After your payout is approved, the payment itself is typically processed within 24 business hours.

Review timeline

Before approval, every payout request goes through automatic risk, consistency, and identity checks.
If any issue appears, your payout enters a manual review (audit):

A detailed audit of your account and trade history is performed.
Reviews are usually completed within 7 calendar days, but may be extended for complex cases.
You’ll receive a notification with the reason and estimated completion date.

Pending payout requests remain conditional on your equity level — if equity drops below the initial balance + requested payout, the request is automatically cancelled.
