Don't let your emotions trade for you. Period.

Should we learn from ourselves or from others?

Develop your own edge, by backtesting as much as possible, then apply it to live. Overcome the obstacles of applying it live.

What does your "ideal setup" look like? Describe the three key conditions that must be met for you to open a position.

Extreme point of liquidity sweeped, big and clear displacement, and no big news around.

Do you have a morning ritual or pre-session routine that helps you get into the right frame of mind?

I am currently developing one that involves breathing exercises and a little bit of visualization.

What hobby, apart from trading, helps you clear your head most effectively after a tough day on the market?
