You’ve recently passed the Chilli Pepper 25K challenge. What would you say was the key factor that helped you achieve that?
Consistency. It's all about sticking to your strategy and staying disciplined. No matter how tempting it is to chase quick gains, consistency is what keeps you on track for long-term success.
Looking back on your trading career so far, was there a pivotal moment that changed everything for you?
Definitely. The turning point for me was when I started working with SpiceProp. It gave me the structure and the tools to really hone my skills and take trading seriously.
How long have you been trading professionally?
It's been just about three months now, but it's been a period of rapid learning and development. Every day is a chance to get better.
Can you walk us through your trading plan? What’s your ultimate goal?
My goal is to build a full-fledged career out of trading. I'm working towards consistent growth and aiming to diversify my strategies as I gain more experience.
If you had to describe the key character trait that has helped you succeed in the SpiceProp challenge, what would it be?
Motivation. It's the drive to keep improving and pushing forward, even when things don't go as planned. Without motivation, it’s easy to lose focus.
In your opinion, what separates average traders from the top performers?
I think it’s mostly experience. The best traders have learned from both their successes and mistakes over time. Experience brings a deeper understanding of the market and better decision-making skills.
What’s the best piece of advice you received that helped you through the SpiceProp challenge?
The best advice was simple: "Follow the rules." Sticking to the guidelines and not deviating from your strategy is crucial.
Are there any books, online resources, or influential figures that have shaped your trading journey?
Honestly, I haven’t relied on any specific resources yet. Most of my learning has come from trial and error, as well as from the insights shared within the SpiceProp community.
Lastly, do you think it's more important to learn from your own experiences or from others?
I believe both are essential. We can learn a lot from others – especially their mistakes – but there’s no substitute for personal experience. Combining both approaches helps you develop a well-rounded perspective.
