Adrian Kowalczyk: I’ve Got €500 For One Sweet Pepper

Adrian Kowalczyk from Poland recently completed the Sweet Pepper 50K challenge, earning a total net profit of around €500. In his interview, Adrian shared his journey and insights into trading with SpiceProp.

Why do you like to trade with SpiceProp?

I like it for favourable trading conditions and achievable profit goals.

What is the most important thing that helps you to pass the SpiceProp challenge?

Above all, a solid trading plan and adhering to my own rules is crucial.

What was the key moment in your career as a trader?

You should limit the number of trading assets and stopping rushing while trading.

How long have you been trading?

For about 2 years.

What is your trading plan?

I trade gold and US30 during the New York session, using a smart money approach.

What quality of your character helps you succeed in the SpiceProp challenge (in three words)?

Just a little patience.

What differs the average traders from the best?

Weak traders are obsessed over their account balances, while the best traders focus solely on following their plan and assumptions.

Can you tell us about the best piece of advice that has brought you good results in the SpiceProp challenge?

I can share my own quote "faster doesn't work".

Could you share with our SpiceProp Trader community books, online resources, or people that are significant in your trading development?

I would recommend "The Disciplined Trader" by Mark Douglas, "Demand and supply strategy in trading: An introduction to the smart money concept" by Natalia Bojko, and of course, the book of the best trader Marcin S. It's also worth mentioning that if you want to find a mentor, you should be the one to find them first – don’t wait for the mentor to find you ;)

Should we learn from ourselves or from others?

I think it’s worth learning from others, but the best is to learn from your own mistakes and draw conclusions from them.
