Starting April 14, 2025, all challenge purchases must be made through the new personal account. Before purchasing a programme directly on the SpiceProp website, clients will need to select the trading platform they wish to use for the challenge.

The new personal account supports multiple payment methods, including online payments via bank cards, cryptocurrency transactions through the Confirmo payment service, and direct bank card payments within the account. Access to the account is granted immediately upon payment confirmation.

Additionally, we plan to introduce special pricing for challenges on the cTrader platform to further boost its adoption.”

The previous version of the personal account will remain available to SpiceProp clients for registration, purchase and tracking the status of trading positions in purchased challenges. However, a number of new functions of the new personal account will not be available here.

Important Note:

Access to the old and new Personal Accounts is not synchronised.

• If you were registered in the old Personal Account, you will need to create a new account in the new Personal Account to access it.

• Likewise, if you registered in the new Personal Account, you must register separately in the old one if you need access there.

Each Personal Account requires separate registration and login credentials.
